穿过传统马赛博马（boma）带刺篱笆围成的入口，步入一个与众不同的夜晚。圆形围场内，铺着亚麻桌布、点着烛光的长桌静候着您，头顶是辽阔的非洲夜空。
篝火在中央噼啪作响，马赛勇士在四周肃立守卫，我们的厨师奉上一席多道菜的盛宴，将东非风味与当代精致餐饮融为一体：炭烤野味、飘着桑给巴尔香料气息的慢炖塔吉锅，以及用高地采集的野花蜜收尾的甜点。
博马晚宴是我们最私密的用餐体验，每晚仅限一对伴侣或一个小团体。没有电，也没有墙，只有火光与星光，氛围浪漫至极，仿佛一顿与这片土地一样古老的晚餐。
